This is an article from today's New York Times about the US Women's Rowing program coached by Rutgers '92 graduate Tom Terhaar (RU lightweight crew). Tom is the most successful rowing coach ever...not just in the United States, but in the world! His women's program has won the world or Olympic title 10 years in a row...more than any other country ever!
