Ketchup? Frank’s Hot Sauce? Salt and pepper? Honey mustard? Curry? Mine is Old Bay, try it on popcorn. And green chilis from Hatch, New Mexico.

There is a spicy mustard relish I get upstate NY when apple picking…great on everything from sandwiches, burgers, dogs, fish

I'd like to participate, but there's nothing I put on everything. Franks Red Hot Sauce is for buffalo wings and chicken tenders sometimes. Pepper on salads, beef, and baked potatoes or in stews. Ketchup is for burgers. Mustard for hot dogs.

I would think, if I put something on everything, that I'd get tired of the flavor pretty quickly.

Some very slightly off-topic great news, however, is that Mr. Mustard is back in business after shutting down for a bit during the pandemic. Their "original" which is pretty hot mustard, is great and was a common topping for hot dogs or bratwurst or hot sausage for me. Yum.

I was on a run where I did put hot sauce on everything (various brands). But I was having issues with acid reflux so I've toned it down.

It sucks to get old. I can't even drink orange juice anymore because of the acid. Even the low acid stuff gets me.

I had an iron stomach my whole life. But I've also become way more susceptible to acid reflux as of late. Totally sucks waking up in the middle of the night w/that awful foul tasting acid burning away in one's throat and mouth.

So I keep a supply of either Tums or Rolaids chewable antacid and at the first sign of acid, I chew a couple which usually helps. If two doesn't help, I chew another couple. I'll even chew a couple prior to going to bed, prophylactically I guess, which seems to help when I've overdone it eating-wise.

It’s called Bone Suckin Sauce rub it’s from North Carolina and you can get it at Lowes up here - literally the end-all of seasoning. Fries, burgers, cheesesteak, mac n cheese, garlic bread, mix it into every burger/fry sauce, on a grilled cheese, or any sandwich .. just crazy

I have some 9/11 related stuff like that and a pillow wedge was suggested for my bed by the drs at work.

It helps.

I’ve had so bad on some occasions it felt like I was drowning.

About 5 years ago I told a doctor about the issue with acid reflux. He said you don't have to do it everyday, but on a morning where you know you're going to overindulge that day or evening, take a Prilosec. I'll tell you what...it works like a charm. But here's where it could be psychosomatic for me. If I take Prilosec, I'm good. But if I take the pharmacy generic brand that is the exact same ingredients, it doesn't work. So who knows. Your results may vary.

Never had it that bad, but it's still awful. Definitely helps to elevate one's head.

Lou same problem. It used to be just green peppers, then it worked its way to pepperoni, now anything acidic kills me. I'm trying Apple Cider pills(two a night) as I've already sent Alka Seltzer stock through the roof. Thank God, Bacon doesn't affect me, but I'm sure in some cruel twisted turn of life eventually it will.

Tabasco, Chipotle Tabasco and Crystal hot sauce are my go-tos, as well as siracha

Maldon Salt.
I even carry a small tin of it around with me in my pocketbook

I'm a big fan of sweet chile sauce. Goes on virtually any stir fry or rice-based dish I make at home.

No each on everything, but between Frank's Hot Sauce, Sriracha, and Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel seasoning, I've got all my bases covered.

Hank's Camoflauge hot sauce, from Sea Isle City, NJ

Also on burgers and pork roll sandwiches I like Chef brown sauce from Ireland. If you've seen HP sauce, this is the same condiment, but I think Chef tastes better. HP is more well-known because it's made by Heinz now.

Good call. In the early 2000s, a hockey equipment website I used to order from that was based out of Louisiana included a small sample packet of that stuff with every order. I used to sneak it onto my dinner when my mom wasn't looking because I didn't want to share it. I recently just noticed it in the store and now I have it in my cabinet all the time.

Not on everything, but in/on a good amount of things, my homemade Carolina Reaper sauce called "Leaky Rectum". In large amounts, I've seen it bring people almost to their knees. If you have been in the Blue Lot, maybe you have witnessed someone trying it or have tried it yourself.

In recent years I’ve been using and putting a mild salsa sauce on many entrees, rice, vegetables etc. It’s good stuff.

Reflux. Terrible thing. For me it's milk in the evening. Sucks to have a piece of cake with water.
