I've always found that Tony C's has too much salt relative to the other ingredients and I'd have to add more of everything else. I switched to McCormick's Cajun seasoning plus cayenne and MSG. It lets me control the salt level much better.Tony’s Creole

I find laying on my left side causes less issues than my right - I think it has to do with how the stomach/esophagus connection is laid out.

I don’t add much to food, but somehow Trader Joe’s everything bagel mix gets good use.

Pernil is the real deal. There are a bunch of Puerto Rican restaurants that make dynamite pernil in and around Phily.Goya Adobo, I put in on scrambled eggsand pork chops. Sofrito in Pernil (Pulled Pork Puerto Rican style). I will never eat pulled pork with barbecue sauce again it’s that good.
