So, the starting O doesn't look too bad offer wise, until you realize the backups are... well, not highly recruited kids. S0 even if our 3/4* was not performing at that level, they are still out there because they are being pushed by walk-ons or kids that were very lightly recruited. It means, even our 3* misses are still playing because we have nothing else.

Ideally your starters and backups would be recruits at the same level, just one being more experienced, or simply worked out to be better, than the other.

Now? Basically we have a team full of kids starting because we have no other option.
