not picking up the blitz etc

How many times have we heard these statements just in the first quarter today. It is been going on all season. Sorry for the it's only the talent people. Sure there's a talent problem. However these things are not talen related . They are emblematic of talent being coached poorly . I wish it wasn't so but it's a struggle to find positives that give hope for a foundation being built

Think we saw it all on the intended trick pass play. Once he cut back well...

Really thought fundamentals would have been strong w this staff

Now Groh saying that offensive lineman are not getting beat one on one but rather the scheme is not in place to even pick up rushers.

Sure the results are all talent

Again announcers perplexed as to the offense of protection. Leaving a time out on the board, not throwing the ball away etc. Again none of those are talent issue.

I think Ash does have a plan I can work in the long run. He however has assembled and inferior staff that is not taught fundamentals is an experienced and has really made the talent way worse than it actually is .

If I'm Hobbs I tell him he needs to blow up the staff and get some experience coaches in there . I really don't think it's ashes vision, but rather the execution and coaching that we have seen as the problem

How many times do we hear Ash say in his post game "we have to fix this and that and that's my job...that's on me". Then the next game we see the same damn thing !!!

The position coaches and oc were way in over their head this year and it showed . Little to no player development and players placed in positions where they would not be successful

The special teams were a complete additional level of subpar coaching and development.

The talent, while not great, was sufficient to steal a game or two during this year and be competitive and others. To go scoreless in multiple games during the season is inexcusable and not a reflection of the town level. Losing its reflection of the talent level. Getting little to no first downs and no points is something totally different
