Palindrome Week

Week, perhaps.

Individual days remain, of course - 12/11/21 was the one that first came to mind.

OTH - why are we encouraging them?

Not the palindromic scores, that's cool - but the other folks obsessed with them. Know a friend who collects stamps who made up an entire display of palindromic stamps. Like a stamp honoring "Abba", but he made it all the way through the alphabet, at least most letters, IIRC.

BeKnighted - this one’s for you! Today through next Thursday is the last Palindrome Week of the century (I think).

Excellent.

I noticed the palindromic days earlier this week, but hadn't thought about the whole week.

So, oddly enough, this came up on Facebook - and my Facebook friend debunked the "century" idea, although she said she had seen it as well. For example, the days between 12/1/21 and 12/9/21 will be a week. Also, 2/21/22 through 2/29/22 and their are probably others.

Good catch. Although I don’t think there’s a 2/29/22!! And the recent week used a w digit day with 0. But I always worry about repeating something like I did.
