Parking in the blue lot, How to get a spot on the end

Any tricks of the trade on how to get a end spot in the blue lot, basically the end of the row closest to the soccer field. We have 4 blue passes and between about 150-200 people coming to our tailgate and having that extra space is much needed for us and will allow us not to impede on others tailgating. Any advice? Can I slip the parking attendants money? If so how much?
