Lots officially open 2.5 hours before, but are they off limits before that? I'm hoping to be there at 4 pm. Gonna have nice weather for a grill and some cold, local brews....IN FEBRUARY!!!! We might stop at River Road Tavern or something similar before then for a happy hour drink or two. Any other suggestions for a local, dive/divier bar with at least a decent tap list? Thanks in advance.
