This video is his first intentional video promotion of NIL and collectives like Knights of The Raritan.

I think Rutgers as an institution has been extremely conservative on promoting NIL. It is likely more of an institutional decision and the desire to follow NCAA guidelines by the "letter of the law."

Hopefully that will ease as those guidelines continue to ease.
