Pen St beats Notre Dame in the NIT

Let me try to make this relevant to RU. If after the same amount of time, Pike has had the same amount of success as Chambers, are you satisfied? I hope we are on a slightly faster track but perhaps not.
All I know is Pat Chambers needed 7 years to win 20+ games and bring Penn St to the NIT .
No NCAA appearances during his time as PSU's HC and this is the only season Penn St finished below 10th place in B1G play and the second winning season in his 7 years at PSU.
a 110-122 record 38-88 conference) probably makes making this tourney special to him , his team and Nit MBB fans.
Next year let's see if Penn St can keep it up or
go back to the poor program they were when he took over that took 7 years for it to give hope for better days coming .
