If they open the 2nd level I'll go. I waited too long and don't want to sit behind basket.

Keep checking Stubhub and Ticketmaster always releases some seats a day or two before games.

And, the Goal Bar seats are good IMO.
I saw the NCAA Tourney games a few years ago in the Goal Bar, go for Section 27 or 28 which are not directly behind the basket.

In the summer when Dec 23 was announced as the date of the game SHU fans were crying about the date that no one would be there and their students would be on break. Now it seems like the game might be a sellout

Love it. Love it. Love it. Raise the curtain and open up some more seats people!

Could you imagine what this game would be like if it were at the RAC?

I got tix early this AM on ticketliquidator.com and got very fair prices for Section 4, which is where I was for the upset of SHU a couple of years ago (Seagears 3 in OT from corner buried SHU's flickering NCAA hopes).....figured I sit there again in the RED section....!!

It's only a sellout because the ticket brokers picked up all of the remaining seats. There were plenty on Ticketmaster this morning. Bummer for those now interested in going.

Remember prudential center always holds about 100 tickets that sell for under 15 for all devils and hall games day of at the box office

Capacity is 10,353 for SHU games, not including suites and the Goal Bar.

No reason to get on them for not opening up the upper level.
They only open up the 2nd level when a game is sold out well in advance.

10,300, if packed, could be a loud & a good atmosphere.

What does the RAC hold, 8,500?

when RU gets good (like .500 plus seasons are the rule not the exception), SHU will be saying do not open the upper level to limit RU fan attendance..if we are good we can bring 3-4K fans

Down to 8,000 last count.

When we get good I think we could bring more than 3-4K, easily.

I think itll be about 80/20 seton hall fans. But if you havent gotten tickets, get them and rock your Red. This game is gonna have a real nasty feeling to it. Both teams genuinely dont like each other and with both teams playing a scrappy claw your eyes out style I wouldnt be shocked to see some T's handed out. Im jacked up for this one!

More like 90/10 SH. RU returned some of the ticket allotment to SH because they didn't sell it soon enough.

at least 1000-1200 RU fans will be there.....lots just picked up tickets beyond going through RU....

What's the details on those gameday rush tickets? When do they go on sale?

Although it is a sell out, fans can still purchase a select number of day-of-game, $11 tickets at the Prudential Center box office beginning at 11 a.m. These tickets are available on the day of every Pirates home game at Prudential Center, but only available in-person at the box office.

Just a FYI, not many $11 tickets will be available, only a few rows in the back of Sections 13 or 14.

On Stubhub right now are Floor-Riser Section-13 tickets, pricing is not too bad and you'll be close to the court and can actually make a difference in the game when SHU is taking free throws.

Are those across the court from the students?

Get in line around 330 for tix. If not u have no chance from experience at Devils games with scalpers and fans there.

I think you meant 90/10, but in any case, once it's 24-4, that usually quiets any visiting crowd. I'm sure the Ice Bar crowd will be kind of chippy, though.

You think itll be 90/10? Haha what is every shu fan in the state going? I dont think you realize how many alums we have who work in newark, and nyc. Isnt basically all of sections 4,5,6,7 sold to promarily RU fans? And im sure the rest of the pebble with have RU fans sprinkled in. By my count if we dominate sections 4-7 that in itself is already close to 20%
