It’s clear Rutgers does not maximize its offensive talent with the lack of offensive sets that other teams run to get the best out of everyone.

It just feels like he is extremely loyal to his staff and not will to bring someone on who has an eye for running an offense that can utilize different players. On one end, Rutgers can score over 85 points every game but on the other end, it feels like scratching claws with how much iso they run.
