Pitching Coach Brendan Monaghan Announces Resignation

Interesting in the write up it cites 8 pitchers drafted or signed by MLB. Given that, I would think our onfield pitching results would have been better. Sort of says talent was there but weren't be coached up.
Maybe this fellow can suggest a pitching coach.
