Politi With Good Article On Recruiting and NSD

Politi's opinions suck ass. Seven or eight years of not even looking at one of his pieces of crap has resulted in lower blood pressure and happier life for me. :cool2:

Nothing life changing here - everyone knows lots of under recruited players make it in the NFL. Not sure what the point is. The real issue for RU is that while some of these recent recruits may be under recruited and ultimately may became stars - if you look at the law of averages and the top college teams it is always better to recruit top ranked players. Anything less then competing and winning the recruiting wars for some of the top rated players is not acceptable and will ensure our current position as a bottom feeder.....

maybe we can be like iowa...somehow they do it everyyear with 2 and 3s

It certainly doesn't appear that way.
Well... we all know how digital communication can be very misleading. The aftermath of my last hookers and blow party is a case in point.

What happened was, the morning after the party, one of the ladies from the night before, an exquisitely lovely young woman recently immigrated from Poland, was texting me constantly. She kept texting: "i want you baby, i want you baby so bad". I was like "oh that's so cool, i want you too, honey". And she'd say: "no, i really want you baby". I'm like: "Me too, totally. I really want you too".

And in my mind, what I saw was her totally worked up, all full of love and raw desire for me. I started typing a text saying let's meet up later that day. Before I could send the text, she called. She explained that, no, she didn't want me. She wanted my nineteen year old son whose photos she saw during the party. My baby.

So I erased my unsent text, forwarded her contact information to my son and had a hot fudge sunday.

Anyway, I hope this little parable cleared things up some.
