Definitely. These are good pickups though. Nimari Burnett could be a sneaky big pick up for them
Hmmm.. I'd imagine you could find a lot of teams with a lot of portal guys who did POORLY.
Why focus only on a couple of over-achieving teams in a weird year full of talent due to CoVid and lax transfer rules and new NIL stuff?
We should carefully measure how this stuff worked out for most teams similar to us before going all in on the portal. This year could have been a roll-the-dice and win outcome for a few teams.. not enough to bank the future on.
But I suppose if refs continue to ignore doing their jobs sloppy teams will go far hacking and scoring and getting bogus charge calls playing D and blacking fouls on O vs teams that play within the rules.
