Flood just acts like he's a winning coach or right on the edge of winning. But in actually, he gets blown out by every decent team we play. It's not even close. That's why everything he does and says is annoying. . None of it is working yet he keeps doing and saying the same thing over and over and over. That's pretty ridiculous if you think about it. At least attempt to show you're trying a different approach.

Why shouldn't Flood feel like a winner? He never earned a P5 coordinator job that would pay him about $400-500,000 a year, and somehow parlayed being one of the few assistants his boss didn't want to take to the NFL into a head coaching job paying him close to triple that.
