The spread has to be around -30. In my opinion OSU jumps out to a 27-3 half time score then Meyer brings in next year's superstars who are hungry to prove themselves. Then Rutgers might score another TD. Much depends on how Meyer's wealthiest alumni and donors bet. If several million is bet on RU to cover and the spread is -30 you'll see a 10-38 score. If they are betting OSU to cover you might see a 55-3 win. Either way its going to be a lashing.
