Tied for first in Ivy League.
Winner will go to the dance; loser likely to WNIT.

So, assuming CVS accepts WNIT invitation, loser will likely be an early WNIT opponent.
(At the RAC or at drivable distance, probably.)

Two thoughts on this:

1. They both have high enough RPIs to be at large candidates. Although I haven't done a close look, I don't think either one would get into the tournament, but it's not out of the question.

2. While I think a WNIT bid is more likely, an NCAA bid for RU also is not entirely out of the question.

I'll also watch the Ivy game on Tuesday because I, for one, love watching Banghart's clockwork offense. (She is very high on my own list for a CVS successor.)

And she probably wouldn't even need to move if she came to RU, either, so the Athletic Department would save money on relocation costs.

We would be crazy not to pursue banghart. Heck, I wanted us to pursue carril or carmody on the men's side years ago. They run textbook offenses. 15 miles down the road and never went for them or a disciple. Nobody can ever tell me that made sense.

The question you'd ask about her is what kind of recruiting she could do, since the pool for the Ivies is much different than the pool for a big state university in a P5 conference. Still, I think you'd have to consider her very seriously when the time comes.

32-26 Penn at halftime. Have to leave for family obligation.

IMO, from watching the first half of this game, either of these teams should be a WNIT win for RU.
