Quick Question - Just turned on the game and saw.....

On offensive, we passed the ball around in an organized manner and started to block and set screens for each other and then passed the ball to an open player who was able to score.

What the hell is this? I looked it up online and I think it's called a "play". Is that right? Did the NCAA change the rules during the off season? I haven't seen this from RU in over a decade.
