Freshman RB Raheem Blackshear is heading towards his share of playing time as he is electric with the ball in his hands. I asked RB coach Lester Erb about him on Sunday and here is what he said.
"Raheem is a pretty mature guy for a freshman. He is a guy that is serious about football. He doesn't get distracted by being on campus. He is not in awe coming out here and playing with guys he has probably watched on TV. He just goes about his business, works hard, and prepares his tail off. He has talent, but I am extremely impressed by the way he has approached everything. He is not your typical freshman."
