Randy (Gary Schiano) Cross says Texas win over ND is tainted

You can complain about any game. Calls go for and against each team. Notre Dame and their "Media Circus" Crying that's all. They want an excuse if they get one more loss as to why they should be in the playoffs.

Beat me to it.

With it's history, if getting a favorable call is embarrassing, Notre Dame would have to change it's name to Embarrasment U.

I have to chuckle when hacks complain about personal foul penalties when it comes to deciding a game.

Its one thing to complain of a blatant hold that allowed a QB to throw a TD pass that wins a game or a pass interference. Its another to cry when someone hits someone hard or after the fact, that has ZERO bearing on the play's outcome; and your want a new set of downs?

The penalty is there for a reason. Keep players safe. Stop intimidation by hurting someone. Yet to cry about a non call or missed call in the final minutes is a joke.

Those guys who complain on such situations can go find another fox hole to hide in. Not in mine.

The best post about notre dame I've read on scarletnation was after they played in BCS bowl games, getting initiated by LSU and Alabama - they want to qualify and play in a BCS bowl game, get the $$$$, and play Coast Guard

Sore loser. What about the phantom "crack back block" call against a Texas lineman when he fell down late in the game? It was 15 yds, Texas could have won the game in regulation if they hadn't got that call. ND go numerous calls throughout the game. Plus the call in question is a judgement call. The DB went in with his shoulder (correctly), and the WR ducked down a little.

Duke basketball, and former players talked about this, said strategy was to stay close (in games against very good teams), b/c late in game they will get all close "can go either way" calls
I was psyched when Boeheim ran onto the court when a call went against Syracuse with seconds to go.....announcers did the Duke "ah, that could have gone either way, really tough call"... Yeah, but, it ironically went in dukes favor
