The 4th Edition of the Planetizen Guide to Graduate Urban Planning Programs is now available. The new Guide includes Planetizen's ranking of the Top 25 Graduate Urban Planning Programs.

I believe that is a bit of a drop. Rutgers was 3rd in 2012 and is usually in the top 5. I believe Planetizen has been ranking planning programs for a while, but only started the official book a few years ago.
