RU Coaching Staff with Ohio State Ties

Great direction by Ash. I would not mind a staff that has all been through the Ohio State experience. Better than where it seems we tend to pull our assistants, from smaller programs without a winning tradition. Keep it up Ash!

You go with what you know! Tom Herman and Chris Ash built a friendship and relationship before Ohio State. Urban Meyer likes to surround the program with winners and seems to have an eye for finding extremely competent people to coach his teams (except Tim Beck). I would be interested to see who else he plucks from Ohio State.

That was a problem with Flood that I kept on bringing up. Flood didn't have a network so h really didn't know who to go to when he had the DC opening. These guys are connected to winners.
