So, obviously, the big game was in the men's tournament, but we'll just soldier along here, particularly because the only two real upsets involved RU opponent.

NCAA

#5 Maryland 77 #12 Princeton 57 - 22-10 3rd quarter sealed the deal
#7 Michigan 75 #10 Northern Colorado 61 - 36-19 at the half
#10 Minnesota 89 #7 Wisconsin Green Bay 77 - Golden Gophers were behind by 5 after 3rd
#4 NC State 62 #13 Elon 35 - Phoenix just couldn't keep up

#2 South Carolina 63 #15 North Carolina AT& 52 - uncomfortably close
#10 Virginia 68 #7 California 62 - 5 Cavs in double figures; rest of team scored 6 points

WNIT

none

Also worth noting (from the NCAAs):

#9 Villanova 81 #8 South Dakota State 74 OT - Jackrabbits had a big 4th quarter comeback, but lost anyway
#5 DePaul 90 #12 Oklahoma 79 - many reasons to be happy about this score

Tonight:

NCAA 6-1 (best possible record 6-1)
WNIT 0-0 (best possible record 0-0)
Overall 6-1 (best possible record 6-1)

Postseason to date:

NCAA 6-1 (best possible record 6-1)
WNIT 4-3 (best possible record 7-0)
Overall 10-4 (best possible record 13-1)

There were no palindromic scores in 23 games played Friday. There has been one palindromic score in 48 games in the postseason. It's been two days since the last palindromic score.

And...of the seven RU opponents who went 6-1 in the NCAAT, RU beat five of them.
