Based on Pernetti being fired over his handling of Rice and Rice being fired because of what Murdock claimed, don't see how Rutgers could keep from paying him.
I think the extortion charges couldn't be proven beyond a reasonable doubt and without
that happening RU was behind the 8 ball in fighting Murdock's lawsuit the way Rutgers handled everything .
Whose fault isn't the question anymore, just making sure no one can do to Rutgers what Murdock was able to do is the answer .
