Staying on too long by not giving up the ghost and admitting her health was hurting her ability to run the program was a major cause of how bad the program is now . So instead of retiring CVS took a leave of absence putting Eatman in charge of the program causing the program to decline from being a winning one does make your accusation valid. Especially with the question of Stringer being able to recruit talent much harder and once Vivian had to admit she couldn't return as HC the school went into a panic mode and put too much faith in Washington when they hired her by giving Quese a 6 year contract at 44.5 million a year that makes buying her out after this season a financial burden that Rutgers isn't willing to pay.

So I must agree C.Vivian Stringer did cause this mess because she refused to believe she couldn't beat her health problem and by the time she admitted she couldn't the program had become a mess

I do feel the present roster is talented enough to play better than it is playing now , but isn't a tourney team and playing worse that it should with a sense of disarray under the present HC.

Awa could apply for medical redshirt , no? She only played one game last year.

Unfortunately she tries to constantly hit 25-30 footers without much success.

Correct. This year is Sidibe’s medical redshirt year. I believe she was actually granted another year as well with the Diego Pavia JUCO ruling since this would’ve been her last year.

I asked around to see if her coming back would be an option, but I was told they haven’t figured that part out yet. There’s also a chance she might just want to move on after playing in college for six years.
