This is a great hire. Kyle wrestled and coached at UNC and was the Associate Head Coach at Clarion. He has great ideas to advance the program and is a quality person.

As his position is not allowed to be funded by Rutgers, the supporters of the SKWC and the BOOM CLUB are responsible for funding this position.

It's really insane that a recruiting coordinator position can't be funded by the school. The NCAA is so ass-backwards sometime, it's mindblowing.
