Here are links to the complete physical plan approved by the BOG today. This plan is designed to be a comprehensive plan covering physical development at Rutgers from 2015 through 2030.

New Brunswick Portion of Plan: http://masterplan.rutgers.edu/reports/rutgers-2030-volume-1-new-brunswick

PDF of New Brunswick Plan: Link

Although sports fans are probably most interested in the Athletics plan (starting on page 297 of the PDF) and timing of the football and basketball facilities (2015-2019, as indicated on page 320), I encourage you to take a look at the entire plan.

This plan is ambitious and transformational. And while it will certainly make Rutgers an aesthetically more appealing campus, I think the real strength in the plan is consideration of how the campus and buildings will be used by students and faculty. The plan puts a lot of effort into solving intercampus transportation issues as well as providing space and facilities for leisure.

Oh my.. the bridge over the Raritan linking Seminary and heading through the eco reserve to Livingston.. GENIUS... perfect... make the dang loop! If only this were a subway/light rail loop...

and.. uh-oh.. Plan shows a hotel and conference center in the Scarlet lot at the RAC... oops.. didn't they just show us a basketball training facility in that same space [EDIT: nope.. teh practice facility is still there next to the hotel and has its own integrated parking facility.. I wonder how many spots compared ot current Scarlet Lot] ? see page 11

How great would the CA campus look if they get page 32 done. Awesome! I love the federal style buildings, no more Scott Halls!

How I wish I was a billionaire right now. "hey Bob, how much do you need?"

Another awesome thing I read was they are demolishing the college ave gym annex and using that space as a memorial to the 1869 Rutgers-Princeton game.
