Although sports fans are probably most interested in the Athletics plan (starting on page 297 of the PDF) and timing of the football and basketball facilities (2015-2019, as indicated on page 320), I encourage you to take a look at the entire plan.
This plan is ambitious and transformational. And while it will certainly make Rutgers an aesthetically more appealing campus, I think the real strength in the plan is consideration of how the campus and buildings will be used by students and faculty. The plan puts a lot of effort into solving intercampus transportation issues as well as providing space and facilities for leisure.
