Rutgers Baseball Hosts Illinois in Final Home Series

All said a good win today against Illinois

One added note had Rutgers won all 3 this weekend they would reside in 2nd place trailing Maryland and Indiana by 1 game . We are currently in 4 th waiting to play at Minnesota . All of the top 6 are playing their final series away. Don’t think we can catch Maryland or Indiana but can see Michigan winning the regular season title.

Had a great time with Mother yesterday at game. Weather was perfect but was surprised there weren't more fans there. Its a great place to watch and parking and game were free...They also sold concessions and brew...I just dont think any fans had a clue about this game in Ocean/Monmouth County. Talked to a bunch of people today and they said they would have gone if they knew... I understand many couldn't make it because of MD...I think every year RU should play a game at a couple minor league parks in NJ...Invite all the area HS teams and let people see the quality of B1G Baseball and RU..I understand that wouldn't be easy and those stadiums will want $ but its a way to build a Real Fan Base instead of the players family and friends just attending all games... Beat Minnesota!
