The tournament has to conclude by Sunday night per NCAA rules. Since the tournament hasnt even started yet, and not wanting to cram so many games into so short a period of time (with no guarantee you wont get more bad weather), would they possibly consider changing it to a single elimination tournament?
Very good recommendation.One and done is used in other sports and would help teams that don't have quality starting pitching.Baseball is a outdoor sport where weather can impact scheduling.
My guess is they would move games to another college field as close to Omaha as possible. I can’t imagine they’d have to go very far.

We are LITERALLY 2nd in the league, behind Iowa, in ERA. Purdue is 7th, Penn State 6th.

Hardly the 2nd best in the B1G. The powder cupcake out of conference opponents early in the season are meaningless.
