Having grown up in New Brunswick and having been an RU football fan since the age of 4, I've watched over 50 years of Scarlet Knight clunkers...either in person or on TV.

If I'm watching on the tube, I usually gut it out and watch until the end, even if Rutgers is doing its metaphorical reenactment of the Titanic. -But today I bailed midway through the 4th quarter. I just simply couldn't take it anymore.

So, yes. Ace signing will be a very nice balm to sooth my troubled Rutgers soul.
