You probably could. I inquired last year exactly how RU policed this to be sure them trying to do a good thing wasn't being taken advantage of. They had no good answer.
So who knows how many folks are scamming the offer.

The hair on the back of my neck stands up every time I see this constant advertising/posting and think of how I paid good $ and folks are being offered the deal without any protection of the people who pay good coin to attend.

(so my beef is not with the concept but with the execution..which always remains a Rutgers gap)
