Great to watch. Obviously I've seen Flood speak a bunch, but I think this was a first for me to hear Rossi and McDaniels. Clearly, those 3 share a similiar even-keelness in their personalities. I found the Rossi and McDaniels videos to be even more insightful than the Flood possibly because they just get a more specific type of question. Take or leave this, but I like that they are calm because I infer some confidence that this is going to be a good season or at least we're going to field a good team across the board.

Thanks for links.. that McDanels conference was good to see. Think to OC is gonna be a good one. Especially liked the idea of multiple WR sets and changes in tempo. Damn I just hate the slow methodical use-all-the-clock offense... while it is useful occasionally..it just sucks the life out of the crowd, and, I suspect, the offense as well.
