Rutgers Men’s Golf Preps for Big Ten Championships in Philadelphia

Fresh off its best performance of the spring, Rutgers men's golf heads to the 2019 Big Ten Championships, held Friday through Sunday at the historic Philadelphia Cricket Club. The three-round tournament will be played on the par-70, 7,119 yard Wissahickon Course.

With this year's venue less than 70 miles away from campus, fans are encouraged to cheer on the Scarlet Knights in person throughout the weekend. Spectators will be encouraged to maintain appropriate distance from the participants. Spectators will not be given golf carts.

Rutgers men's golf is tied for fourth after the first round of the Big Ten Championships, played Friday at the Philadelphia Cricket Club in Flourtown, Pennsylvania. Despite an hour-long rain delay and wet conditions throughout play, the Scarlet Knights carded a 291 in the opening round on the par-70 Wissahickon Course.
