Football Rutgers Safeties Coach Drew Lascari joining Jacksonville Jaguars Staff

What is the issue with Coen?
It might be he supposedly turned down the Jags and committed to staying with the Bucs only to leave the Bucs shortly after saying he was staying.
In 2018 he took the Holy Cross OC job only to renege on that and take the NFL Rams assistant wide receivers coach position instead

He left the Bucs only after the Jags whacked their useless GM, Trent Baalke. His about face was completely understandable, because the jags weren’t going to get anyone good with the GM remaining.

Finish the details too how Coen and his agent held the Bucs hostage to be the highest paid coordinator in the league. Then ghosted the team and neither one, he or agent, could be bothered to let the Bucs know he left.

Typical Warwick guy and I say that as someone who has known him since La Salle there. He’ll get his soon enough believe that.

True, but the Bucs felt he would be staying and his turnaround caught them off guard
The different scenario from not wanting to accepting the jag job is understandable when you think about how Coen felt his future would look before and after Baalke was dumped..
But some fans don't see it that way and just feel the coach broke his word by saying he would stay only to leave right after saying it .
Tampa might feel that way too.

Sounds like he’ll fit right in with the Khans, who have run probably the worst football and wrestling organizations today.

IDK his situation and definitely knows better than I. But Luscari deserved better.
