They are currently demolishing the minor league stadium.

I hope they build a Police Precinct for the South Ward as well. The Dayton Section is #2 murder capital of NJ after Camden. 3300 abandoned apartments in the area since the crack epidemic of the 80s. Nice park though...golf course. I hope they extend the Path train down to Frelinghuysen and Meeker to help trigger a turnaround for the area. There aren't many greenfield opportunities in north jersey. It would be a great place to locate startup companies. It doesn't flood anymore thanks to a grant from Queen Latifah. Maybe they'll get it right this time.
