So that could possibly mean there aren’t enough.
Yes, but it also means that prospective applicants who do their research will realize it's not a good career. (The poor salaries don't help either.) There's a lot of burnout right now in the health care professions, but I don't think it means more people are trying to enter those professions.
 
No matter how much money Rowan takes in, they'll always just be a mediocre in state school primarily for kids from South Jersey who struck out on getting into RU-NB, PSU, Delaware, any of the Philly schools, etc.
