Our defense keeps us in games. The reason we "don't go away," as the announcers like to say, is because of our defense. We make teams miss shots, it isn't because they had an off night. We are the cause of their off nights. Now if we start hitting shots, especially when we get near the rim, we're golden.Gotta feel good. As crappy as we played could be down 20
Correct call - ball hit the backboard before Freeman touched it.I thought the goal tending on Freeman toward the end of the half was a questionable call--ball looked like it was still on the way up when he got it. Anyone?
Even on the replay it looked like it was still on its way up. It hit the glass and was still ascending (so it appeared) when Free got it.Live I thought it was good block , didn't pay too much attention to replay. Was probably typing!
That's not the rule in the pros, not sure about college. In the NBA, if the ball is still on its way up, regardless of hitting glass, it's a good block.Correct call - ball hit the backboard before Freeman touched it.
We've become the team that people like to watch because we're somewhat unpredictable and could just win games we shouldn't.We ain't pretty, but you look up and every game we're hanging in there.
Doorson turning his back to the guy with the ball. Sorta comical.
Thank god the guy didn't dunk on him. That highlight would've been everywhere.OMG, has anyone ever looked more lost than Doorson on that play?
I approach this message too.We started the second half on a 10-1 run. I am RutgersRaRa, and I totally fvkicng approach of this message.
