in my 55 years of watching Rutgers basketball, this has to rank at the top as far as excitement in the RAC, pride in Rutgers, and refusal not to quit!!!

Love you, but stopped under estimating Rutgers. We as fans have to change our mindset like the players are doing.
Uggggg so mad watched 1st half and had to go out and celebrate my 3rd grade daughter's 1st career hoop and missed 2nd half
The RAC would have gone totally batshit if he'd hit it. I wanted that for the fans AND Mike. And then of course there's me, who would have done laps around the neighborhood!
I wanted Mike to hit some of those threes he missed so bad, not just for the obvious, but for him personally. You could see on his face how bad he wanted this game. He lost his first three games against shoe and their core players are all NYC guys and I believe Carrington was his high school teammate.
According to the SHU board, which I of course went over and looked at (without commenting, just schadenfreuding), at was a 17-2 run and, also according to their posters, everyone on their team blows, including their coach. Their fans apparently HATE losing to us more than most of their conference mates. So we've got that going for us, which is nice.

After halftime went in to see Last Jedi and just like the movie ... victory against the odds!!!!
no problem owning up to being wrong, those were my feelings at half...down 42-32 based on what I saw, still of belief that RU needs more talent to win more of these games... find it interesting after the win the first thing you do is rush to say a ha instead of enjoying the win.
I will say this, it is fun to read the early critical comments some people on this board make, and then how they change in tone as a game like this progresses to a big win. That's what happens when you have a team that gives max effort!

and the two points they got were a very questionable foul...their guy basically fell down and then got a bad call, IMO
