Rutgers biggest issue is they recruit players that are severely limited, which goes hand in hand with our lack of success.
Right now we have two players on this roster that aren't one dimensional, that is Baker and Eugene.
Shaq D, is big but can't move, therefore can't defend much and has no offensive game outiside of 3 feet.
Thiam is 6'10 but doesn't know a lick about how to use it, his best attribute is his shooting but we are in year 3 and he he has a few games a year that he is ever on.
Mathis can' shoot, Harper lacks athleticism, kiss can't defend, Johnson is raw. I am going to give these guys time because this is the future of the program with baker but just pointing out some major flaws.
A team like Seton Hall has multiple guys that can score. and multiple guys that fit their respective roles. Right now we don't have enough go to guys to rely on our role players.
Times will hopefully improve but right now its tough.
