I noticed that Flood will even change the color of his Sharpie before making a change at QB. He went with red today vs, the usual black note taker.
So on the replay of the Peppers TD, Millen says #20 "got a little push" on our defender. Does he want to mention that it was clearly in the back?
Seriously. I'm half expecting him to talk about Peppers somehow being the reason for that onside kick not working.

They have an actual QB under center. That's pretty significant. Just look at us when we have a guy who can't challenge the defense.
It's about both. This is the perfect example. Michigan with virtually the same team gets beat by Rutgers. They get a real coach and all of a sudden their 4 and 5 star players look like 4 and 5 star players.
It isn't just recruiting. It is coaching too. You need both to win at this level.
