Rutgers University will require face coverings for everyone on campus and operate at roughly 35% capacity as part of the state university’s just-released plan that gives the first glimpse at what campus will look like in the fall.
The “Returning to Rutgers” guide officials unveiled Friday is the first set of recommendations and strict guidelines as the school gears up to return in a post-pandemic world, Executive Vice President for Strategic Planning and Operations Antonio Calcado said.
