Rutgers Women's Basketball traveled to Buffalo in the WNIT's Great 8, falling 71-64 to end the season.

I’ve followed WBB for a long time. This group of young ladies deserve all the credit in the world. They went through a tough season fighting a lot of issues beyond their control. Once things settled down they went to a post season tournament and gave it all they could. There was no quit in this team. They wanted to keep playing when they could have packed it in after the B1G tournament. Love these young ladies!

I give the players full credit for continuing to play hard .At the same time Rutgers should defeat Buffalo because they are a B1G Ten school.The women's team had a problem with roster formation similar to the men.Both programs are now viewed as bottom tier B1G Ten programs facing a up hill battle because of NIL funding issues.Changes are needed in the coaching staff.

Not sure why you say that RU should definitively beat a 24-7 Buffalo team because we are. B1G team. Buff were playing in front of a large home crowd where they were 14-2. Not blaming officiating but we rarely got a 50-50 call. Please don’t take anything away from the effort these ladies displayed.
