Greg Schiano called Blair Academy assistant/recruiting coordinator Jim Saylor this week about Purdue commit, 2020 DB Sanoussi Kane
Right now, Kane is pretty solid to the Boilermakers, but would at least be willing to listen to what Greg Schiano has to say. I'm told Schiano will be calling Kane directly this weekend with the hopes of getting him to visit next weekend. We'll see how that goes and will report it here.
This is one where hiring Anthony Campanile could be a game changer. Kane was a big fan of Campanile's when he was at Boston College, and I would say that is RU's best chance of flipping the Blair star and NYC native, who fits the "bigger DB" mold that Schiano prefers.
