Very interesting video, seems to be a different philosophy, talked at great length about speed and the application of speed in football situations. Brute strength (lifting records which were part of the Cole culture) would be contrary to the new philosophy. (application of strength through speed and technique) Pretty understandable why coach Cole got a quick exit.
