Santa came early!

I chose to support the team regardless of whom their opponent is

I will apologize, I misread your post as 4 tickets to the Caldwell game not 4 pack of tickets starting with the Caldwell game.

In my head, I was like you picked one game all year to get tickets to and you picked an exhibition game practically.

sorry

I’m glad they are including the Caldwell game in one of the packs to boost attendance. Maybe we’ll get a better crowd than expected. We did better than I thought we would yesterday.

Attendees will be rewarded in some way. T-shirts, tickets for future game, pre-paid parking pass for a future game, or maybe ushers telling folks at the 200- and 300-levels they cam move down to court side seats.

How can they move people down to the 100-level seats? Those seats are sold out. What if they move someone to a 100-level seat, and the person who has the ticket for that seat shows up late.

Happened once to us. Few years ago. Brutal snow storm. Wasn’t snowing at the start of the game so we went. Got all the way up to our 300 seats. Ushers sees the 4 of us and says. That he likes what we are wearing. Moved us 2nd row courtside where the players came on and off the court. Made the treacherous trip home worth it. By the time we got home was over 6 inches

I’m sure you are trying to go somewhere with this.

Evidently there was something being circulated about Caldwell game being gas attendant's night, saw it somewhere. Seriously, not a joke. toby83 was just being sarcastic about it being gas attendant night.

I am glad you will be able to attend the game with your wife and family. We need people at every game no matter who we play. D-2 teams do beat D-1 teams from time to time. I graduated from Bellarmine in Louisville many years ago a Franciscan college. They won the D-2 NCAA in 2011 and have been rated in the TOP 5 of D-1 every year since that time. They are now 8-0 and rated # 1 in both D-2 polls again at this time. They will be D-1 next year. Three days before the first game of the season they only lost to Louisville 75-65 at Louisville. They shoot lights out. Just because a team is D-2 doesn't mean they are bad. Next year they will be in the same league as NJIT so I hope to see their game with NJIT in NJ as long as RU doesn't play the same day at home.

Imho a trip to the RAC is always fun. Took a friend and our two 6 year old boys to the UMass game and had a great time despite the non-marquee opponent. I also love that an NCAA bb game usually clocks in at 2 hours or just under. A nice day with kids and much better than interminable college football.
