Has anyone looked at scarletknights.com? Talk about poor execution, lack of professionalism, lack or attention or whatever you want but it's there.
Recent purchases (2015 season tickets) aren't listed, my season ticket purchase is listed on my credit card as Rutgers Girls Soccer Camp, the priority points don't list the 2014 season tickets in football, even the org chart for athletic department is posted sideways.
As someone in the online business, this is embarrassing. This is simply the business of taking orders and representing your client's accounts to them.
Posting the org chart sideways is simply a matter of not caring or paying attention.
Sorry to rant but if RU Athletics can't get this right, how well could they be managing the serious issues? I just saw all of this and again, they should be embarrassed.
As the CTO of my company, I would be fired for that mess because we run a business, I guess RU Athletics doesn't look at it that way.
