At the beginning of the year everyone made their predictions based on our returning players and our new QB
The majority of them were in the 6 -6 to 8-4 with a few 9 - 3 picks thrown in. I personaly thought 8 - 4 was doable.
In hindsite if we had just minimal injuries I think we wo Illinois, Nebraska and possibly UCLA.
It seemed like most, if not all of the anti Schiano crew, were after his head at 4 - 4 and refused to take into consideration our injury situation.
I wonder how many would honestly go back and look at the season in its entirety and then come up with their evaluation of not only the coaches but of the players and what were the contributing factors to our losses.
I am extremely happy with how the kids fought back from adversity and continued to chop through the entire season.
But most of all I am happy I dont need to read all the negatoids posts on football until next year
Now I need to get through BB comments
