Seat Cushion Rentals At The Stadium?

Y'all, so I have never done the seat cushion rentals at SHI, but my crew today wants them. I see on scarletknights.com the info on where you pick them up, but no info on HOW to reserve them. Do u just go to the pickup area and pay then? Or do you need to reserve in advance? And if so, then how?

Yes, you can purchase the seat cushions inside the stadium for $20 with a credit/debit card.
