Good work by the Senator.

Investing In Rutgers Future
As an Economics Major, Class of 71, I learned the correct methodology to evaluate return on investment. Since our athletic program was under criticism from within the faculty and the press, I commissioned a study by a respected economic consulting firm to evaluate the costs and benefits of having a B1G quality athlete program. The report can be seen on my website at http://raymondlesniak.com/report-commissioned-by-state-sen-lesniak-recommends-upgrade-in-rutgers-athletics-facilities/ The Econsult report outlines the benefits to Rutgers and New Jersey from investing in a B1G quality athletic program. The athletic facilities capital plan announced by President Barchi is B1G quality. I am committed to supporting its development.

Legislation I have sponsored, S 2880, which provides a $25 million tax credit for the capital plan passed the Senate on June 6th by a 37-3 vote. Assembly Education Chairman, Pat Diegnan, will move it when the Assembly reconvenes in November.

I am proud of my Rutgers heritage. Our Alumni Magazine published this article http://magazine.rutgers.edu/alumni-notes/truth-teller on my career as a state legislator. I could not have achieved these public policy accomplishments without the knowledge and insight I learned at Rutgers- The State University.

I got the same email, also an Economics Major (RC 75). The one thing about Lesniak I'm disappointed in was a week or 2 ago, when the 10 BS articles a day were being published, and not a word from our AD or President was uttered leaving Flood and his reputation swinging in the wind, I emailed Lesniak asking him to put his 2 cents in w the media, and inquire why our AD and President are seemingly muted. And not a word in response from Lesniak.

You weren't the only one who noticed.

The report you linked via Lesniak's website includes some very good information that folks on this board are always wondering about..
For one thing, here is the projected B1G+NCAA payouts to Rutgers through Fiscal 2022 (we are currently in Fiscal 2016):

Yup those are the numbers I've quoted here multiple times when posting the projected payouts in that report I saw from spring 2014. The only difference is that the last number seems to be updated from 35M to 45M (which is the most recent reported projection from the new B10 contract). This what I've been saying with regards to the fact of not to be expecting big jumps in revenue these first few years.

boy I wish we had a faster/higher ramp up...pretty lean until another 5 years from now..

It was new to me that we get a $5M bump each year beginning in fiscal 2019 (only 3 years from now).
These projected numbers were in some faculty report but I could never find the link again to post but I have given the info here quite a few times. I'm glad it's out in writing somewhere now though where you can see it in black and white.

It starts up slow but then seems to ramp up towards the end before we get a full share. It's why I've been saying it's going to take some time until we may see some of the benefits of the conference revenue.
